Playing again with single-ish layers to find a good economy size that still looks lush and rich. Fans feature 14 12″ staves in glozkin teal, 24″ inch black plumes (so nice and big) and front drabs in a custom dark turquoise from Fancy Feather
Custom large for Aurora Maur
This set is a triple plume on 14 of the 12″ staves used for each fan. We used extra large plumes for the top row and slightly smaller inside. This upgrade on the feathers from Dersh Feather is so worth it! With the predyed ivory front plumes, these really pop to life.
Upgrade for Ms. B LaRose
This elegant set uses 14 12″ staves for each. We upcycled the white drabs from her previous set and added two fresh layers of beige plumes from Fancy Feather. They are ready again to hit the stage.
Upgrade for Vauxdevil
We sent a full set of her existing feathers down to Rainbow Feathers to get washed and a color picked that would dye up well over their existing color. Luckily we were able to get the vibrant ruby. Paired with a new top row of light pink, these really pack a sweet punch!
Custom for Valerie Veils
The set is on 24 12″ staves. The dark and light pinks were upcycled from another set and we added the top row of mint plumes from Fancy Feather. The front plates are a custom design and encrusted with Lux rhinestones in complimentary shades from Rhinestones Unlimited.

This fan features 12 8″ staves in gold, top and middle layer plumes in beige with front drabs in vintage gold from Fancy Feather.
Conversion for Whiskey Jules
On 24 of the 12″ staves in burgundy bliss, this set features a top plume and front drab from Fancy Feather. There were a few plumes remaining, so I added them to the inside.
Color combo for Peachy Panache
Note that these fans are a double layer, but they use 14 12″ staves each. That makes them more fully rounded at the top and denser lower down. While it doesn’t give you quite the same effect as a triple with that extra curl in, adding a couple extra staves is a very budget friendly …

Double layer peach plumes! These fans feature 24 aluminum staves in freckled peach and 48 ostrich predyed peach 18-24″ plumes from Fancy Feather. The color on these are gorgeous and very full. I’m still learning lighting for feathers… their little fibers toss so many color dimensions!
