Plume Fan Conversion

Good feathers deserve the best staves! Do you have a set of fans that you would use more if the staves were lighter and the construction more durable? Maybe you have an old “starter” set that could use another layer of feathers? Or… the worst… you have a set on brittle or broken staves!

Converting to my staves will improve your performance abilities, reduce your stress from practice to gigging, put your feathers at less risk of damage and make your fans look more full. Make the most from your feather investment and get on staves that will truly elevate (not hinder) your performance!

When reviewing the packages, please note the insurance value covered in each of the packages. As the material is used, the new replacement value would not be covered under a claim. If you believe your material is worth more, please reach out prior to proceeding.

Please note that conversions are limited to U.S. residents only. Importing and then re-exporting the completed set has proved to be too difficult. If you are outside of the U.S., consider the stave kits and working with a local fan builder or costumer.
