Add this feather package to your pheasant fan cart ONLY if you want a short (usually) contrasting front layer. See how they are used in the example past project as the black layer. Feathers will be 12-19″ (30-50 cm).
The prices of the pheasant packages INCLUDES assembly. The quantity range allows me to get a quote at the time of your order and max out the quantity to the budget range.
